Driver/Ownership:
2015 - 2019: Ralliart NZ
2015 - 2017: Brian Green
2015 - 2017: Chris West
2016 - 2018: Matt Summerfield
2019 - Current: David Quantock
History:
In 2015 the decision was made by the team RalliArt NZ to build a Mirage 4WD turbo car, featuring Evo running gear and a sequential gearbox. Chris West debuted the car at Rally Wairarapa 2015 in the NZRC. It was then used by Brian Green at Rally Hawkes Bay 2015.
After further development by the team at RalliArt NZ the car was then campaigned by Brian Green in the National Rally Championship in 2016. Rally Canterbury however saw Chris West use the car, but it suffered from technical issues in SS1 hindering his performance for the day. Matt Summerfield drove the car in the 2016 Tauranga Clubmans Rally, where it gained it's first rally win highlighting both the speed of Summerfield, and confirming the outright pace and potential of the newly built and developed 4WD machine.
2017 would see a minor cosmetic changes to the car with the upgrade to the latest spec Mirage front end and another NZRC campaign for the very experienced Brian Green. 2018 would see RalliArt and Matt Summerfield teaming up for a NZRC campaign.
