This car was originally campaigned by Malcolm Stewart from 1997 until 2001, achieving numerous notable results.
It was then known to be owned by Vaughan Edie and then used by Paul Cross in 2009.
It was sold to Mike Tall around 2010 and run until 2015. During Tall's ownership, the car received an Evo 6 Facelift around 2012 and was fitted with a 2.3L engine. It was 2nd in the NZ Hillclimb Championship in 2012. 1st Waimate 50 GT Series 2014. 2016 would see Mike Tall build his Mitsubishi Mirage 4WD turbo machine, transferring the engine and gearbox out this car. It was transferred back to Group A spec and purchased by Rodney Lang. Lang would use the car in selected Mainland events in 2016 until 2022.
In 2022, it was reunited with Sue Stewart and campaigned in the late Malcolm Stewart's honour.
