“Car is a replica "Works" spec Group A Escort Cosworth. Ford Motorsport Bodyshell built in the UK, with engine supplied by Mountune Racing Engines who build the "works" engines. Transmission supplied by Boreham (Ford Competition Department) Peter Ashcroft the then boss at Boreham "gave" Brian the gearbox which was originally a seven speed, but later converted to six speed after Ford Homologated it. Most parts came from Ford Motorsport Boreham and were assembled here by Brian's team in 1996 for Rally NZ.” Owned and used by Brian Stokes since 1996.
